Instructions for Authors
Full papers can be submitted latest by July 31, 2023, please see the link below to navigate to the paper submission portal. . Paper format can be downloaded from the link below, it should include paper title, author's name, organization, email, and phone numbers will be required during submission. Authors will be communicated regarding comments on their respective papers after review from the peers by August 15, 2023 and camera ready papers are scheduled to be submitted before August 30, 2023.
